ONLINE RESERVATION

Please select the following search terms in the search engine: destination, date, length of stay, number of people. By clicking on “Search” you will receive search results according to the entered criteria. Available accommodation units are offered to you in short form with the following information:

  • Property name
  • Type of accommodation unit
  • Destination
  • The price of the accommodation unit.

By clicking on “Details” you will receive more detailed information about the selected accommodation. If you decide to book this accommodation or want to check availability, check the dates by entering the desired date again. To continue the reservation process, please follow the instructions of our online booking system and fill in all mandatory fields.
If you want to change your arrival and departure dates, you can do so directly in the booking system on the website.

By confirming your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions you enter into a contract with Kety Travel d.o.o. and the reservation becomes binding.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

After the reservation is made, it is registered in our reservation system and a reservation confirmation/offer with the reservation number is automatically sent to your e-mail address. This confirmation contains all your data that you entered when making the reservation, as well as details of the accommodation unit, date, price, surcharges, deposit and bank details of Istria home d.o.o. Please print this booking confirmation/offer and keep it. In case of any questions or changes to the reservation, please provide your reservation number when contacting us by phone or e-mail.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

After making a reservation and paying the total amount (no later than 15 days before the start of using the service), you will be sent travel documents by e-mail, which will contain: voucher, address and telephone number that you should call on the day of arrival and a text description of the route to the check-in point and key collection point. In case of short-term reservations (within 30 days before the start of using the services), the travel documents will be delivered to you immediately after receiving the payment of the total amount of the reservation. If you have not received the travel documents until one day before the start of using the booked services, please inform us by calling +385 52 356-947 so that we can send you the travel documents promptly by e-mail.

PAYMENT FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS AT KETY TRAVEL D.O.O.

It is possible to pay for your reservation by bank account transfer to Kety Travel d.o.o. current account or by credit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard). If you have chosen to pay by card, depending on the period from the day of reservation to the day of arrival/use of the service, your credit card will be charged with 30% of the amount (if the reservation is made 20 or more days before arrival), i.e. 100% of the amount (if the reservation is made 19 or less days before arrival). If only a 30% deposit was charged by card when making the reservation, you will receive an e-mail message 35 days before your arrival with a link to card payment of the remaining 70%. Clicking on it will open a web page for secure payment in your internet browser where you can pay the remaining amount by credit card.

RESERVATION BY TELEPHONE

If you would like to book your accommodation by phone, just call us on +385 52 356-947. For a telephone reservation we need the following information: first and last name, your address, telephone number (landline/mobile), number of people (children), email address and of course the selected accommodation. This data will be stored in our customer database after the booking confirmation and will be treated responsibly in accordance with our privacy policy. After the reservation has been made, it will be registered in our reservation system and the reservation confirmation/offer will be automatically sent to your email address. Please pay a 30% deposit within 3 days of receiving the reservation confirmation. Please state your reservation number as a reference number when making the payment. Payment of the remaining amount should be made no later than 30 days before the start of using the reserved services.
