Izgrađena 2022. godine od autentičnog kamena, ova kuća za odmor pruža utočište svima koji traže privatnost i odmak od užurbane svakodnevice. Ova luksuzna vila kategorizirana s 4 zvjezdice u potpunosti je ograđena, čime jamči potpunu sigurnost i intimu. Vanjskim prostorom dominira bazen od 27 m², okružen sa 6 udobnih ležaljki – idealno mjesto za upijanje istarskog sunca. Potpuno opremljena kuhinja (pećnica, perilica posuđa, aparat za kavu, mikrovalna) nadovezuje se na ugodan dnevni boravak s TV-om i satelitskom antenom. Cijela kuća je pokrivena s 4 klima uređaja (grijanje/hlađenje) i vrhunskom toplinskom izolacijom za ugodan boravak u bilo koje doba godine.
