The garden, with natural shade provided by the beautiful, oversized palm trees, also features a seasonal private pool with sun loungers and a relaxation bed. You can prepare delicious grilled meals in the summer kitchen. The interior of the villa is exceptional. The open-plan ground floor houses the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. This area also includes a bedroom and a bathroom. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the covered terrace, where you can also enjoy your meals. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a balcony and a bathroom. A separate apartment with a living and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony is ideal for guests who prefer more privacy. Another highlight is the villa’s tower, which offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The property is fully air-conditioned. The beach is 2.5 km away. The a la carte restaurant is 0.5 km away.
