Villa Milka offers a space of 134 square meters on two floors, ideal for accommodating 4 + 2 people, has two comfortable double bedrooms, while a large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The ground floor of this villa consists of a traditional and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, and a bathroom, while the first floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. Inside the villa you will find a selection of authentic local wines that you can enjoy while watching the beautiful sunsets. In front of the villa there is a covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying traditional dishes with a glass of chilled Istrian Malvasia. Villa Milka is the right choice for a relaxing holiday. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it offers the possibility of long walks through the vineyards and the nearby forest, cycling or simply enjoying the view from the balcony, terrace or swimming pool with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine. Marići is a small place that offers intimacy and a wonderful escape from the city bustle. However, it is close to famous Istrian tourist centers on the coast, such as the beautiful Rabac, only 12 km away, known as the “pearl of the Adriatic” with its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, as well as attractive summer parties and tourist events. As the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria, the town of Labin is a paradise for history and art lovers and offers a rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep streets of the old town are adorned with well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, and various jazz and classical music festivals are held in the summer months. Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, renoviert und sehr sauber mit allem, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos und sehr nett. Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Woche dort und fahren gerne wieder hin. Auf jeden Fall zum empfehlen!”

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool. Abgelegen daher sehr ruhig! Große Terrasse, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Abends schön beleuchtet aber dringend an einen Mückenschutz denken. Gut ausgestattete Küche, genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Betten sind ok. Zwei Klimaanlagen, eine im OG und eine im Wohnzimmer. TV, allerdings kein deutscher Sender. Der Pool wird 2x / Wo. gereinigt. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Es ist ist nicht modern sondern eher traditionell eingerichtet, es wurden viele Dinge von früher wieder verwendet. Das Bad ist dagegen sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war super nett. Sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die 3 Sonnenschirme waren etwas klein und nicht besonders hochwertig. Schade das es auf der oberen Terrasse keinen Schirm gab. Auch die Poolliegen waren nicht sonderlich bequem. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht! Es funktionierte nur im Wohnzimmer und da auch nur sehr eingeschränkt und langsam. Eine Infomappe mit guten Restaurants, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder schönen Badebuchten wäre bestimmt kein Fehler.
