Set amid the greenery of Istria, Villa Sabi is a beautiful stone house combining tradition, comfort and luxury. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat where the scent of olive trees meets fresh sea air, this villa on a spacious 2,400 m² plot offers privacy and room to unwind.
Its large, fully fenced garden makes Villa Sabi an ideal choice for a relaxed holiday with pets and children. At its centre is a 28 m² outdoor pool with eight sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The grounds offer plenty of activities, including football goals, a volleyball area, a basketball hoop, a trampoline and swings. Choose the covered terrace for outdoor dining and barbecues, or the open terrace for stargazing.
Inside, the villa is welcoming and thoughtfully furnished. The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen create an airy setting, while a fireplace and central heating make it a good choice outside the summer season too. The villa accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms. A baby cot and high chair are provided for younger guests. In addition to the usual appliances, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, 100-litre freezer and three air-conditioning units.
Although the setting is peaceful, everything you need is close by. Rabac, known for its pebble beaches and clear sea, is just 5 km away. A dog-friendly beach, a vet and a pet food shop are also within the same distance. The medieval town of Labin, with its restaurants and art galleries, is only a few minutes away by car.
